the chlorine level was raised in the water tank in october, and this impacted the shower experience slightly.

Staff was very helpful. the hotel offered free valet service. location is great. Supermarkets and restaurants were within walking distance. the metro station was a short walk away. the hotel gave an early check in. i appreciated this convenience after my early morning arrival.

the reception team did not address my concern about the dirty windows. i had paid for an upgrade to get a better view. the windows were still dirty on my last day. this situation was not rectified, and i feel my complaint was dismissed.
